Britney’s legal practice is centered around courtroom litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury, criminal law, and real estate transactions. After joining the Louisiana State Bar in October 2018, she gained experience at a prominent injury firm in Baton Rouge before bringing her education and experience back home to the Northshore. In 2022, Britney established her practice, B Duke Law Firm and partners with True Title for all real estate transactions. She has been published in the Public Defender Editorial, served as clerk for Judge Elizabeth P. Wolfe, Judge Shelly Dick and the Honorable Scott M. Perrilloux. She currently serves as the President of the 21st Judicial Bar Association. When not practicing law, Britney enjoys adventure, traveling with family and friends, and loving on her fur-baby Saint.
