John specializes in both residential and commercial closings. He has handled the acquisitions and refinancing of several hotels, apartment complexes, retail centers, assisted living facilities and restaurants throughout the state of Louisiana.

SEAN PILIE’

Sean specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings, establishing condominium regimes, successions and wills. Prior to becoming a part of True Title’s staff in 2003, Sean was in-house counsel for Halliburton Energy Services. Sean is married and is the proud father of triplets.

MALCOLM MEYER

Malcom specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings. He joined True Title after being a partner in a large downtown firm. Malcom has three daughters.

FREEMAN “PETE” MATTHEWS

Pete specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings, successions and wills, traffic court, DWI defense and personal injury. Prior to joining True Title, he was an Assistant District Attorney for Jefferson Parish under Paul Connick. He also clerked for Judge Robin Giarusso in Civil District Court. He is married and the father of seven sons.

MEGHAN HOLMES

Meghan worked her way through law school in the evenings while working at True Title during the day and graduated cum laude. She specializes in residential transactions and assists with commercial transactions. Meghan is married and has a daughter.

GREGORY P. NOLAN

Bachelor – University of Notre Dame, JD – Louisiana State University Law School

Gregory specializes in real estate closings involving both residential and commercial properties, successions/wills/probate, banking, business formation, commercial transactions, and personal injury. He is currently a member of the American Land Title Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Land Title Association (and formerly served on the Legislative Committee thereof), and Louisiana Bankers Association.

REBECCA LAROUSSE
Marketing Representative

Rebecca has been a part of True Title’s staff since 2008 as a notarial assistant and marketing representative. Rebecca works on the front end of every file and her knowledge of the business helps facilitate long lasting relationships with agents, lenders, buyers and sellers.
