She specializes in residential transactions and assists with commercial transactions. Her primary practice areas include title examinations, residential closings, commercial closings, successions, and she is a title insurance agent for First American, Commonwealth and WFG. Meghan is a member of New Orleans Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is married and has two children.
MELYNE BARRETT HOLMES

Melyne supports business development across all the True Title offices and specializes in marketing, advertising and PR. Her experience includes media planning at Peter A Mayer Advertising, leading Caps for Kids as their Executive Director, and managing sales and marketing for local historic landmark Longue Vue House and Gardens. Active in the community, Melyne serves on the boards of the Barre Association for Schramel Conservatory of Dance/New Orleans Ballet Theatre and the Lakewood POA and volunteers for the New Orleans Ballet Theatre and Junior League of New Orleans.
