HOW TO REGISTER

1. Download ZOCCAM from the app store.
2. Fill out the registration page with your name, email and phone number.
3. Create an 8-digit passcode.
4. Verify account with the PIN sent to you via text.

SUBMIT DEPOSIT

1. Sign in with your phone number and passcode.
2. Click on EARNEST MONEY (a.k.a. good faith deposit).
3. Type in TRUE TITLE in the search field and select the office working your file.
4. Using the contract as a guide, complete fields.
5. Click on CAPTURE and take a picture of the front and back of your check.
6. Confirmation emails will be sent to all the parties from the previous screen.
